India Post Salary Details Post Wise
- Branch Postmaster (BPM): ₹12,000 to ₹29,380 per month.
- Assistant Branch Postmaster (ABPM): ₹10,000 to ₹24,470 per month.
- Dak Sevak: ₹10,000 to ₹24,470 per month.
- Salary is paid as Time Related Continuity Allowance (TRCA).
- Selected candidates may also receive eligible allowances and benefits as per India Post rules.

Yogyata aur Fees (Eligibility)
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years of age.
- SC/ST: 5 years age relaxation
- OBC: 3 years age relaxation
- PwBD: 10 years age relaxation
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the Secondary School Examination (10th standard) with passing marks in Mathematics and English from a recognized Board.
- Local Language: Candidates must have studied the local language at least up to the 10th standard.
- Note: Equivalent qualifications obtained from other boards are not accepted.
Selection Process
Is naukri ke liye chayan niche diye gaye steps ke basis par hoga
- The merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the 10th standard, calculated up to 4 decimal places.
- Higher education qualifications will not be given any extra preference.
- Shortlisted candidates will have to complete document verification.
- If two candidates have the same marks, the older candidate will be given preference, followed by category-based preferences.

Step 1: Visit the official India Post GDS website and complete the One-Time Registration using your mobile number and email ID. Both will be verified through OTP.
Step 2: Enter your Aadhaar number (if available), 10th class Board and passing year. Upload a scanned photograph (below 50 KB) and signature (below 20 KB).
Step 3: Fill in the online application form and carefully select your Postal Circle, Division, and post preferences.
Step 4: Upload your 10th certificate and other required documents.
Step 5: Pay the application fee online, if applicable, and submit the application form. Take a printout of the submitted application for future reference.
