- Executive Branch (GS(X)/Hydro): Born 02 Jan 2002 – 01 Jul 2007
- Pilot & Naval Air Operations Officer: Born 02 Jan 2003 – 01 Jan 2008
- Air Traffic Controller (ATC): Born 02 Jan 2002 – 01 Jan 2006
- Logistics: Born 02 Jan 2002 – 01 Jun 2007
- Education: Born 02 Jan 2002 – 01 Jan 2006
- Engineering & Electrical Branches: Born 02 Jan 2002 – 01 Jul 2007
These ranges mean most entries have an age approx. 19–25 years depending on branch.
🛠️ Relaxation: Age relaxation may apply for candidates with Merchant Navy experience as per rules.
📌 General Requirement (All Branches)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with minimum 60% marks (or first class) from a recognized university. Final-year students can apply subject to passing before joining training.
📌 Executive & Flying Entries
- General Service (GS/X) / Hydro Cadre: BE/B.Tech (any discipline) with at least 60% marks.
- Pilot: BE/B.Tech with 60%, plus 60% in Class X & XII and 60% in English in either exam; valid CPL also accepted for pilot entry.
- Naval Air Operations Officer (Observer): BE/B.Tech with 60%, including 60% in Class X & XII and English.
- Air Traffic Controller (ATC): BE/B.Tech with 60%, including 60% in Class X & XII and English.
📌 Logistics Branch
5. Logistics: One of the following with first class:
- BE/B.Tech OR MBA OR
- B.Sc/B.Com/B.Sc(IT) + PG Diploma in Finance/Logistics/Supply Chain/Material Management OR
- MCA/M.Sc(IT).
📌 Naval Armament Inspectorate Cadre (NAIC)
6. NAIC: BE/B.Tech with 60% in relevant streams (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics etc.) OR postgraduate degree in Electronics/Physics with 60%.
📌 Education Branch
7. Education:
- MSc/MA in relevant subjects (Maths, Physics, Operational Research, Meteorology, Oceanography etc.) with 60%, OR
- BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/ME in relevant engineering streams with 60%.
📌 Technical Branch (Engineering & Electrical)
8. Engineering & Electrical Branches: BE/B.Tech with minimum 60% marks in specified disciplines like Mechanical, Marine, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Instrumentation, etc.
• Height (Lambai):
– Male candidates ke liye minimum 157 cm
– Female candidates ke liye minimum 152 cm
– Pilot/Flying Branch ke liye minimum 162.5 cm
• Weight: Height aur age ke according proportionate hona chahiye (BMI Navy standards ke andar).
• Vision (Aankhon ki Roshni):
– General branches: 6/6 ya 6/9, correction allowed
– Pilot/Observer: 6/6 bina chashme ke, colour vision CP-I/CP-II clear hona chahiye
• Medical Fitness:
– Candidate bilkul medically fit hona chahiye
– Koi major disease, deformity ya flat feet nahi hone chahiye
• Dental Health:
– Achhi dental condition aur required dental points hone chahiye
• Tattoos:
– Face, neck aur head par tattoo allowed nahi
– Offensive ya objectionable tattoos strictly mana hain
👉 Final selection se pehle Medical Board Examination clear karna compulsory hai.
