📍 Physical Measurement Test (PMT):
Male Candidates:
• General / OBC / SC – Minimum Height: 168 cm
• ST – Minimum Height: 160 cm
• Chest (only males):
– General / OBC / SC: 79–84 cm (must expand at least 5 cm)
– ST: 77–82 cm (must expand at least 5 cm)
Female Candidates:
• General / OBC: Height 152 cm
• SC: Height 150 cm
• ST: Height 147 cm
• Weight: Minimum 40 kg for all female categories
📍 Physical Efficiency Test (PET):
• Male: Run 4.8 km in 25 minutes
• Female: Run 2.4 km in 14 minutes
